PL Executive Communication: Enhancing Communication Skills for Effective Decision-Making

In a meeting room where every minute matters, effective communication is more than simply making yourself understood. It is about organizing thoughts, delivering key messages with clarity, building credibility, and turning information into effective decision-making.
PL organized the “Executive Communication and Presentation Skills in Meetings” training program for junior and mid-level executives to strengthen the communication and presentation skills needed in real-world business settings.
The program emphasized hands-on workshops and simulated meeting scenarios, covering a range of practical skills, from structuring concise presentations and delivering key messages within a limited timeframe to persuasive communication, logical reasoning, asking effective questions, facilitating discussions, and reaching shared conclusions.
Another key focus was developing the ability to handle unexpected situations professionally, including responding to challenging questions, managing objections, maintaining composure under pressure, and using body language and voice effectively to build confidence and credibility. Participants also took part in an Executive Mock Meeting, followed by individual feedback from the trainer to help them apply the skills directly to their day-to-day work.
PL places importance on developing the skills that enable employees to communicate clearly, make informed decisions, and respond professionally to different situations. Effective communication not only helps work move forward, but also plays an important role in strengthening collaboration and supporting the Company's long-term organizational development.
