According to the Shareholders'Meeting held on the January 23,2001, the meeting has passed the resolution regarding the issuance and offering the Debentures amounting up to Baht 1,500,000,000 by full or partial issuances and authorized Board of Directors be empowered to consider, stipulate or amend terms and conditions of the Debentures. As the result of that Shareholders' Meeting, the 4th/2001 Board of Directors'Meeting held on the November 26,2001 has approved the company issuance the Debentures amounting up to Baht 400,000,000 and assigned the president be empowered to consider, stipulate or amend terms and conditions of the Debentures such as interest rate etc , including considering and acting on behalf of the Company on any other matters in regard to the issuance and offering of the Debentures. The detail of its Debentures are as follow : unsubordinated, unsecured with Trustee amounting up to Baht 400,000,000 with Par value Baht 1,000 per unit , 3-year maturity , interest rate 6 % per annum by public offering and/or institution investors.
