ASKS SET TO FILE ITS 1-YEAR FINANCIAL STATEMENTS TO REPLA

Phatra Leasing Plc (PL) asked the SET to file its 1-year financial statements instead of its Q4 financial statements. The 1-year financial statements submission will be made within 60 days from the ending of that account period. Additionally, the submission as asked will be regulary made since this account period. PL was previously informed by the SET to file its Q4 financial statements within 45 days from the ending of account period and its annual financial statements within 3 months from the ending account period.
