Phatra Leasing Plc clarified for net profit lower than the same period a year earlier as follows: 1. As for interest rate hike and change from debts on demand to due debts, borrowing cost jumped higher. 2. Reserves for doubtful debts leaped up by Bt31 m. 3. Long-term-yeild leasing provided lower revenue as the company slowed down leasing assets in order to meet cautious scheme.
