The company has already set up "The Internal Audit Office" to take responsibility of scrutiny on company activities, and the company plan to hire the internal audit consulting company to design the system and put in place the internal audit working processes. 2. The company will be able to complete the appointment of this Internal Audit Committee in time specified in the notification of both the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Stock Exchange of Thailand. It is expected to be within November, 1999. 3. Roles and responsibilities assignment for the Internal Audit Committee will be consistent with the scopes and objectives regulated by the company board of directors.
